Often highlighting our sorrows and missing our bliss governs our life story. .. While we all have a darker side to life that we can focus on and feel let down; alternatively we can focus on the brilliance in bliss that surrounds us and in our past. Life events sometimes take us to peaks and sometimes to valleys, and our heart beats keep changing accordingly. Thus dealing with every low by prioritising our bliss is best way to rejoice our vacation on earth!!
As a leader it’s critical to priortize being blissful, and every time you have negative experiences to share, you need to have the bounce back action plan in place. One of the best lessons that I learnt from Marshal Goldsmith’s talk when he was in India, was how we need to let go of all the disempowering thoughts that keep invading our blissful state. This is specially true for any person who volunteers to impact lives of others… In any profession every time you fall from this blissful state, you need a time out. As a leader every time you fall from bliss, you need to recharge yourself to be back in action.
